2019年第十一届IEEE通信软件和网络国际会议(ICCSN2019)于2019年6月12-15日于重庆圆满召开。本次大会由IEEE、重庆大学微电子与通信工程学院联合主办, 重庆电子学会、 重庆邮电大学期刊社、长江师范学院、中国电子科技集团第54研究所、通信网信息传输与分发技术重点实验室、四川省电子学会协办, 《电子技术应用》提供赞助支持。大会吸引了来中国、美国、法国、日本、韩国、爱尔兰、印度、沙特阿拉伯王国、巴基斯坦、菲律宾等国家共计百余专家学者参加。
6月13日上午,重庆大学微电子与通信工程学院副院长刘敏代表主办方重庆大学致欢迎辞,法国巴黎第十三大学Jalel Ben-Othman教授代表会议组委会成员致开幕词。
大会特邀法国巴黎第十三大学Jalel Ben-Othman教授, 日本东京大学Masahiro Fujita教授,中国南方科技大学(IET Fellow)杨双华教授, 美国加州州立大学弗雷斯诺分校Nan Wang 教授,中国重庆大学陈晨博士分别在6月13日和14日上午做了大会特邀报告。会议同时设置了12个口头报告分会场,就无线资源分配、网络安全、卫星通信、信号检测和处理,网络编码、计算机应用、图像处理、物联网、光学通信进行深入讨论。另设3个海报展示分会场讨论信号检测与处理、无线网络、通讯系统。会议采用同行评审的审稿方式,严格把控论文质量,最终收录152篇论文至会议论文集,将于会后提交 EI核心以及 Scopus 检索。
本次会议对国际上重点、热点前沿的通信网络技术进行了深入的讨论和研究,提供了青年学者与老一辈科学家之间进行交流的平台,促进了国内外高校之间的互相沟通,加强了学术界与工业界的联系。议程结束后,大会还组织与会者参观了重庆大学微电子与通信工程学院主要科研平台,全面展示了学校、学院的风貌,给广大参会人员留下了深刻的印象。
